Good Morning Ottawa, The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) has been very busy with a number of stories to report on.

Public Assistance to Identify Suspect in a Theft from a Vehicle

On October 4, a suspect reportedly stole items from a vehicle, and then used stolen bank cards to withdraw money and make several purchases. At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing a black T-shirt, dark pants, white sneakers, a New York Yankees baseball cap and sunglasses. The suspect was also seen driving a newer black Ford F150.

If you know who this is or have information about the incident, please contact the West Criminal Investigations Section, photos of the suspect are available on the OPS website.

Suspects identified in relation to an aggravated assault

In a followup to a previous story, on October 21, 2026, in the area of Palladium Drive and Huntmar Drive, 3 men allegedly assaulted an individual.

Thanks to the public’s assistance in identifying all three individuals involved in this incident, a 25-year-old man has been charged with aggravated assault. He is scheduled to appear in court in January 2027. Full details of the story are available on the OPS website.
