Police charge 18-year-old in death of man in the city’s west end

Ottawa police have charged an 18-year-old in connection with a murder in the city’s west end.

Police on Tuesday charged Firomsa Motuma with second-degree murder following a slaying the previous day at a community housing property.

On Monday, 43-year-old Jeffrey Wilson of Spencerville was found dead in theĀ 2900 block of Penny Dr.
