The Barrie Colts are heading to southwestern Ontario for a pair of games this weekend, riding a 10-game winning steak that has propelled the team to second-place in the entire OHL.
The Colts start the weekend with a game in Sarnia against the Sting, who sit near the bottom of the league standings and are one of only two teams in the Western Conference outside of the playoffs.
It’s then a short trek to Windsor for a game on Saturday against the Spitfires, who sit third in the Western Conference.
Barrie is second in the Eastern Conference, one point behind the league-leading Brantford Bulldogs.
