The Barrie Colts are bracing for a busy weekend of hockey as the team looks to crawl out of the cellar of the OHL’s Eastern Conference.
First up is a clash at home Thursday night against the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds (3-2-0), which is sitting in fourth in the ultra-competitive Western Conference, four points behind the league-leading Windsor Spitfires (5-0-0)
Barrie stays at home for a intra-conference game against the ninth-place Oshawa Generals (1-3-0), who sit only one point behind the Colts in the standings.
Finally, the Colts will travel to St. Catharines to take on the Niagara Ice Dogs (3-1-0) on Sunday afternoon.
Barrie (1-2-0) sits in eight in the ten-team Eastern Conference.
