Barrie police are seeking witnesses to a Canada Day stabbing.

The police force say officers were called at around 9 p.m. on July 1 to the basketball courts at 91 Lakeshore Drive. One victim received non-life-threatening injuries, according to the force.

Police say they’ve charged one youth, but are looking for additional witnesses, or anyone who may have captured the events on their dashcam, or cell phone.
