67’s ride 10-game point streak to sit atop OHL standings

Date:

The Ottawa 67’s now sit atop the OHL standings after closing out the year and starting 2026 on a torrid 10-game point streak.

Ottawa last lost in regulation on Dec. 5 and have won 9 of their last 10 games, with the only blemish a 4-3 shootout defeat to Kingston on Friday.

The 67’s have 59 points, nine ahead of second-place Barrie in the Eastern Conference and four more than third-place Brantford, a division rival.

Despite having fewer points, Barrie sits ahead of Brantford because it’s leading its division.

Ottawa has three points more than Western Conference leader Windsor.

Next up for the 67’s is a northern Ontario swing. Ottawa heads to North Bay to face the Battalion on Thursday, then ventures to Sault Ste. Marie for a clash with the Greyhounds on Friday and ends the weekend of play with a trek to Sudbury on Sunday to play the Wolves.
